It is a trilogy no more… The 4th instalment of the legendary Broken Sword series will be with us in 2006, Revolution is joining forces with THQ to bring us the Angel of Death. Very little is known so far, but you can be sure Broken Sword Planet shall be keeping you updated throughout the build up until the game’s release. With Revolution having established the game’s 3-D base in Broken Sword 3, you can be sure that they will be looking to build on the game’s success to ensure it is bigger and better than ever before! Here’s what we do know so far: • It shall be called Broken Sword: the Angel of Death • It is being developed by both Revolution and THQ in a joint project. • It is due for release some time next year, Broken Sword’s 10th anniversary- probably towards the end. • It shall be in 3-D, and shall probably have a very similar engine, if not the same, as Broken Sword 3. • A centuries old struggle between Religion and Science will be involved in some format, weather as a theme or central to the game’s plot is unknown, but perhaps reading the Da Vinci Code/ Angels and Demons in particular by Dan Brown might be an idea. • George Stobbart will return as the lead character. It has been confirmed that Nico Collard will also be involved, and a mysterious lady called Anna Maria who holds George’s love. • Broken Sword Planet will bring you all of the latest updates and build up. Stay tuned for interviews, press releases, images, plot developments and much more.
